DELIVERY POLICY

In order to ensure your arrangements and decorations are delivered fresh and on-time. We ask of you to read and follow our delivery guidelines. Please note that these guidelines pertain only to Brownsville, TX and surrounding cities.


FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS DELIVERY POLICY


Same Day Delivery Available on orders before 11:00AM. All orders after 11:00AM will be delivered the next day (Except Sundays). Orders have a 4 Hour Delivery Window. That means that you should expect a wait time of 4 hours before delivery. Example: If you order at 11:00AM, expect the delivery to be made around 3:00PM.



    BALLOONS DELIVERY POLICY


    Same Day Delivery Available on orders before 11:00AM. All orders after 11:00AM will be delivered the next day (Except Sundays). Orders have a 2 Hour Delivery Window. That means that you should expect a wait time of 2 hours before delivery. Example: If you order at 11:00AM, expect the delivery to be made around 1:00PM. If the order has been combined with a Flower Arrangement, the delivery window increases to 4 hours to match the flower arrangement. If the order has been combined with an Edible Arrangement, the delivery window increases to 24 hours to match the edible arrangement.



    LUXURY BOXES DELIVERY POLICY



    Our luxury boxes are hand-made, to ensure the highest quality available is provided to all of our customers. Due to popular demand, we encourage you to order with a minimum of 48 hours before delivery. Same day delivery is not available. 



    EDIBLES DELIVERY POLICY


    All edible arrangements require a minimum of 24 hours before delivery. All edible arrangements are made to order, and in order to ensure quality, we will not create and deliver on the same day. Please take this into consideration when ordering from our edible section of the website.



    WEDDING & EVENTS DELIVERY POLICY


    All items for your wedding or event have a delivery window of 4 hours before your event. This does not mean, decor must be ordered within 4 hours of event. This means that any order made through our wedding & event section of the website will be delivered 4 hours before the event, but the decor must have already been paid in full in advance. If the arrangements are not paid, D'Decorations Flower Shop will not attempt to deliver, as per stated in the agreement. The Wedding & Event Policy can be found under the Wedding & Event Policy section of the website. If D'Decorations Flower Shop has been hired to decorate, apart from the delivery of the decors, the decoration window is a minimum of 1 day prior to the event. If the event venue does not allow the decoration of the venue one day prior, we will allow a 4 hour window. If the venue cannot provide us with a minimum of 4 hours for decorations, we will deny the request to decorate the venue.



    SUNDAY DELIVERY


    Sunday deliveries are only done the day of Mother's Day in the United States.



    HOLIDAYS


    We encourage you to pre-order your arrangements before the holidays to ensure we have availability, and the means to create and deliver your arrangement. We tend to stop taking orders during the day of Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, for example, and tend to close deliveries the day prior at 6:00PM. Arrangements ordered for delivery on a holiday are subject to the delivery of window requested. We offer delivery windows from 8:00AM - 12:00PM, 1:00PM - 4:00PM, and 5:00PM - 8:00PM. This delivery windows are only available during special holidays.



    NO ONE IS HOME


    During delivery, if the recipient is not available, we will leave a note on their door to inform them to get in contact with us. We will also call the person who placed the order, and attempt a second delivery attempt. If recipient is not available after 2nd delivery attempt, we will reach out to the person who placed the order, and request a pick up for the arrangement. Third attempt of delivery will incur a $5 dollar delivery fee. Please note: Arrangements will not be refunded if recipient does not answer.
