REFUND POLICY

Balloon Arrangement Returns


All of our balloon arrangements are made-to-order, and only created once the customer has paid for the arrangement. We ensure you receive your arrangement as requested, and once delivery has been accepted no refunds and returns will be accepted. You can request a picture be sent to you before delivery for quality assurance. If no picture is requested, item will be delivered as is. Item will only considered for a refund if we cannot meet delivery expectations, item is not received, or item is not currently available in our inventory.


Edible Returns

Luxury Box Returns


All of our luxury box arrangements are made-to-order, and only created once the customer has paid for the arrangement. We ensure you receive your arrangement as requested, and once delivery has been accepted no refunds and returns will be accepted. You can request a picture be sent to you before delivery for quality assurance. If no picture is requested, item will be delivered as is. Item will only considered for a refund if we cannot meet delivery expectations, item is not received, or item is not currently available in our inventory. If box arrives damaged, we will replace, exchange, or refund your money.


Wedding & Events


All of our decors are made-to-order, and only created once the customer has paid for the arrangement. We ensure you receive your arrangement as requested, and once delivery has been accepted no refunds and returns will be accepted. Wedding & Event Decor will only considered for a refund if we cannot meet delivery expectations, item is not received, or item is not currently available in our inventory. D'Decorations Flower Shop reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time D'Decorations Flower Shop feels that the obligations cannot be met. D'Decorations Flower Shop will refund all money, including deposit if D'Decorations Flower Shop cannot fulfill obligations. CLIENT will be advised 30 days before event. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, D'Decorations Flower Shop will credit the amount toward another day minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that CLIENT informs D'Decorations Flower Shop. 

Refunds (if applicable) 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


If you are shipping an items worth over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
